ADESOYE OLATUNJI MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Soye Olatunji, is a Chartered Accountant with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Lagos (Nigeria). He has over 30 years cumulative experience in audit and tax consultancy, accounting and general management. He is an alumnus of SAID Business School of University of Oxford where he attended the Oxford Advanced Management & Leadership Programme.
He was the General Manager, of Best Oils Limited Ibadan, Oyo State, and Finance Director of Vitamalt Plc, Agbara Industrial Estate, Ogun State. He joined Ventures & Trust Limited (V&T) as Managing Associate and Chief Financial Director in 2003. He joined Mutual Benefits Group in 2007 as Executive Director Corporate Planning and Investment from where he left as Group Finance Director to establish Mutual Exploration and Production Limited in 2013.
He currently sits on the board of Prime Exploration & Production Limited (PEPL) as the Commercial Director. PEPL, is a company engaged in the exploration and production of oil and gas and related activities. PEPL is the Operator of Asaramatoru Field OML 11 approximately 45km SSE of Port Harcourt and about 15km from Bonny Island. PEPL was awarded the sole contract to build a Crude Injection Point into SPDC facility through Oloma Flow Station. PEPL developed a crude barging system due to the community issue in Asaramatoru and has successfully completed over 90 barging crude evacuations from the field. He is happily married with Children.
DENNIS ADEKUNLE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OPERATIONS
Dennis Adekunle is a result-driven management professional with over twenty years of experience in engineering, project management, maintenance, production, operations, and organizational management. He has a proven track record of success in planning, coordinating, and executing strategies to improve operational stability, efficiency, and profitability.
Dennis Adekunle has worked across diverse industries and has established strong collaborations with stakeholders to deliver business requirements and achieve defined objectives. He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a Fellow of the Institute of Information Management.
He holds a BSc in Agricultural Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and has obtained certificates in Asset Maintenance Engineering from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom; Innovation & Change Management from Lagos Business School; and Executive Leadership from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, Canada.
TIJANI IBRAHIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Tijani Ibrahim is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of progressive experience including 6 years supervisory roles. He has expertise in financial reporting, auditing, budgeting & cashflow projections, corporate finance, project management and resolving complex tax issues.
He is a registered professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, and also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He possesses a BSc. in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, and an A Level Certificate in Accounting, Management and Economics from Kwara State Polytechnic. He is happily married with Children.
