Donna Spectre signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with NIDAS and her Partner- RED STAR OIL AND GAS LTD to provide evacuation services using shuttle vessels from the company. NIDAS is an NNPCL owned venture in the business of marine transportation of crude oil and petroleum product.
