ADESOYE OLATUNJI MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Soye Olatunji, is a Chartered Accountant with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Lagos (Nigeria). He has over 30 years cumulative experience in audit and tax consultancy, accounting and general management. He is an alumnus of SAID Business School of University of Oxford where he attended the Oxford Advanced Management & Leadership Programme.
He was the General Manager, of Best Oils Limited Ibadan, Oyo State, and Finance Director of Vitamalt Plc, Agbara Industrial Estate, Ogun State. He joined Ventures & Trust Limited (V&T) as Managing Associate and Chief Financial Director in 2003. He joined Mutual Benefits Group in 2007 as Executive Director Corporate Planning and Investment from where he left as Group Finance Director to establish Mutual Exploration and Production Limited in 2013.
He currently sits on the board of Prime Exploration & Production Limited (PEPL) as the Commercial Director. PEPL, is a company engaged in the exploration and production of oil and gas and related activities. PEPL is the Operator of Asaramatoru Field OML 11 approximately 45km SSE of Port Harcourt and about 15km from Bonny Island. PEPL was awarded the sole contract to build a Crude Injection Point into SPDC facility through Oloma Flow Station. PEPL developed a crude barging system due to the community issue in Asaramatoru and has successfully completed over 90 barging crude evacuations from the field. He is happily married with Children.
DENNIS ADEKUNLE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OPERATIONS
Makanjuola Dennis Adekunle is a seasoned operations and engineering executive with over two decades of leadership experience across oil & gas logistics, marine support services, industrial manufacturing, and asset intensive operations in Nigeria and West/Central Africa.
As Executive Director of Operations at Donna Spectre Ltd, he provides strategic and operational oversight for the company’s core activities, including engineering operations, fleet and asset management, maintenance strategy, safety compliance, risk management, and service delivery excellence. He plays a central role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client and industry standards.
Dennis is a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), a Fellow of the Institute of Information Management (FIIM), and a registered professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC). He brings strong expertise in operations leadership, asset integrity, maintenance management, project execution, and team development.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering and an MBA, both from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, and has completed advanced executive and professional programmes at the University of Toronto (Rotman School of Management), University of Manchester, and Lagos Business School.
Dennis is widely respected for his disciplined approach to operations, strong safety culture, and commitment to sustainable business growth.
He is happily married with children.
TIJANI IBRAHIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Tijani Ibrahim is a Senior Finance Executive with over 15 years of post-qualification cognate experience.
He has expertise in strategic financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, budgeting & cashflow management, project financing, financial audit and resolving complex tax issues.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also registered as a Professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from University of Ilorin as well as an Advanced Level Certificate with Distinctions in Accounting, Management and Economics from Kwara State Polytechnic.
Attended several professional training and development courses both home and abroad.
He is happily married with children.
